Privacy

Salty Kraken Attire LLC collects only what we need to take and fulfil your order: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

We share order details with our print-on-demand partner so they can make and ship your items, and with Stripe to take payment. We do not sell your personal information.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email admin@saltykrakenattire.com.

Owner to confirm before launch: this is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before you take live payments.
